1. Download MyVBI App on App Store / Google Play and register for an account. Submit your request and upload the docu- ments via MyVBI application or
2. Send your completed claim form, tax invoices, medical documents and reports including the contact person and doctor’s details directly to us at VBI Claims Department : 4th floor, ICON 4 Building.
